are there 'expand' and 'collapse' methods in tree views?

When I recorded a session where I expanded a tree element, I noticed that to expand that element the Recorder used the mouse position and then clicked.

Another tool has 'expand' and 'collapse' methods and I thought this was a great idea.

Yes, you are right. This is a good idea.
We will support this feature in the next version.
