Compile Error : Automation Tools

Hello All:

I am getting this error message when I try to compile and generate an EXE:

compilation failed : '0xC0000094' (BC2010)

1. Any idea what this error means...?
2. Is there a list of Error Codes and their meaning...?

Also, here is what I'm getting on the Output Tab:
Build started.
Compiling Trap_Para_TS2
Error BC2010: compilation failed : '0xC0000094'
Build failed. (00:00:02.7300000)
