Endless loop to search a form : General Questions

Environment:Win7,Ranorex2.1,my application R&R
Steps:
1. Open Ranorex spy
2. Open R&R, it will open a "Map Network Drive" form, which contains 3 text box,3 button(OK,Cancel,Help).
Path name: _______________________
Username:________________________
Password:________________________
OK Cancel Help
This window is a normal window ,seems is not developed by .net.
3. select Track function to track Map Network Drive
It will enter endless loop to find this form. Not update/refresh on Spy.
Even i can't activate Start button of windows

Sorry, I don't quite understand.Do you mean that your system hangs up after you click on the 'Track' button?
What do mean with 'R&B' ? Could you please send a sample application to support_at_ranorex.com ?
Could you please post a Ranorex Snapshot?
