How to run a test in a loop

Postby mpandya » Mon Jan 16, 2012 8:12 pm

I have some tests that i want to run in a loop so that i can execute it for hours/days.

Q1. How to put tests in a loop to execute?
Q2. Can i specify time (hours, days) or number of iterations? (via tool or inside code)

Thanks

Are you using record/playback functionality or writing your own code?
If you are writing your own code you could easily write a wrapper that calls each of your separate test cases however many time you want. Or even just put a while loop into your code.

If using record playback, check out this thread: http://www.ranorex.com/forum/testrun-t2969.html
If this or any response has helped you, please reply to the thread stating that it worked so other people with a similar issue will know how you fixed your issue!
