In recording only Mouse Down events are comming : General Questions

Hi ,
I have recorded one page But I have seen that in recording.rxrec page Only Mouse Down events are comming at place of Mouse Click event.
So I am not able to paly the recorded page.
Please suggest the solutions.

Hi,

please make sure that "Use asynchronous dispatching of mouse and keyboard events" is activated in General section of Ranorex Settings, deactivate McAffe anti virus software and try to record a click event again.
