|
Hi Jeno et al,
After we got hold of the Pro Site License, I've had license problems non stop. I've registered 1.1.2 as requested with the license key supplied but after a few steps into the script it halts with the message "Invalid license key, please contact the manufacturer!"
I'm running py2exe compiled versions of the python scripts.
I've notcied this on both W2K and WinXP.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
James |

We tried your license key and it worked for us. I think this problem can only happen if you use an unregistered RanorexCore.dll.
Please check it, the RanorexCore.dll must get a new timestamp after the registration.
Which Python version do you use?

Hi Jeno,
I've checked the DLLs are up to date and they now are.
Are the Ranorex header and lib files still used? Or are the DLLs sufficient?
Thanks,
James |

I sent you a RanorexCore.dll in a private message.
We already registered the dll with your LicenseKey.
Please try it and inform us about the results.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
