ListBox control not recognized on a different platform : Automation Tools

Hi,

For some reason the Spy is not recognizing a control in a given platform.

This is a screenshot from my machine (US windows 7 x64):



And this is the other machine (Korean, window 7 x86 and x64):



Any ideas on what may cause this?

This issue also replicates in Windows 7 x64 and x86 in German

Hi,

It seems to be a security issue. Have you started Spy and you executable as administrator, because on the icons of the second screenshot, it seems Ranorex cannot inject to the process. Therefore you get no list items of your combo-box. Please try to start both applications (Spy and your Unit Under Test) with administrator privileges.
