Not able to click the mail in outlook : Automation API

Hi,

I am using Ranorex 2.0. I am not able to click the mail in the reading panel in the outlook.

The spy identifies only the reading panel completely and not each mail items.

I have to automate to click the mail item and click a button in the toolbar to perform the action on the mail item.

Can you please help me?

- MS Outlook version,
- the use of standard Outlook buttons or special plug in controls.

Outlook 2003 and 2007.

In the outlook, there is a reading panel in which the mails will be listed. I want to go and click a mail from the panel. They are the standard outlook object(mail item).

I wish to upload the snapshot but i dont know how to do. Please let me how to upload.
