Not detecting UI elements randomly *Recurring Issue* : Automation Discussions

I've not modify the rxpath between each test and ranorex will sometimes detect the button and sometimes not. I say there is only 50% accuracy and I don't know what is causing that.

This inconsistency is really slowing down my work.

What information do you need to know to investigate this problem?

Support will need a Ranorex Snapshot of the problematic button. From my experience I'll tell you that if something works/fails some of the times it's most likely due to timing. If you're running on a slower machine or machine is particularly busy Ranorex can have trouble detecting controls in time. Try extending timeout to say 5 minutes. If it passes every time then it's timing. If it still fails then it's something else.

I've tried changing my Default search time longer. I will see if that makes a difference.
If not, I will post a picture of the element Ranorex is trying to find.
