Radio Button Group : Automation API

Hello,
Ive been trying to programmatically access radio buttons and its important that i know what radio buttons are grouped together. I want to update the changes made to them when I change a radio button linked to those buttons. How would I get the grouping of radio buttons using Ranorex.RadioButton?
