Ranorex Capability : General Questions

I’m working on my final degree on software testing and i have to create an automated test platform.First of all i am on a research phase and i will evaluate several automated test solutions in the market.At this moment i´m evaluating Ranorex 2.2, i donwloaded the Trial Version and after some tests i´ve made i liked very much this tool. If i have any doubt i ask you.

Not to be mean or anything but...
You are supposed to be doing research for your final degree not us. Have you installed Ranorex (or any other test automation tool) and tried it to see if it does what you want? Or have you read through the online documentation that is provided such as the users guide?
I'm all for asking questions when needed but since this is supposed to be a learning experience in your case I would suggest trying it first then asking questions about what you have learned...
