Ranorex License not working : General Questions

We at Emptoris are facing issues with Ranorex machine license set up.
We had installed license key on a machine which got formatted later. Now we are trying to install same license key on other machine and the license is shown in use.
Please let us know how we can use the license key now because it’s not in use.
