Reach Controls which are only accessible through Spy : Automation Tools

Hi !

We are working on a Windows Server 2008 r2 System (64Bit). We have a few controls which we can track and highlight with Ranorex Spy but they are not reachable during execution. Ranorex can't find them (they are visible and enabled)...

Any ideas where to start to solve this problem?

• Can you post a Ranorex Snapshot?
