Can you please let me know what versions of Silverlight applications are supported by Ranorex?

There shouldn't be a difference in the versions of Silverlight, because they all use the UIAutomation Framework to provide test tools access to their controls. Ranorex uses the UIAutomation Framework too, so you should have any issues with Silverlight. The only thing we know about UIAutomation, that this framework is slower than others.
