Unable to find elements on executing test case in remote PC : General Questions

Hi Support team,

1) We are performing some web automation test that deals with some flash videos like Youtube etc.
When we are executing that test case on local machine it executes fine. Same test case execution on remote machine unable to find elements and mouse toggles with its positions.
Note:- Ranorex is installed properly in both the machines.

2) The exe generated by Ranorex in release mode crashes while executing on remote machines.


Can you please provide remote session to resolve the issue.

Please send us a Ranorex Snapshot file of your web page from the local machine and one from the remote one?
Can you also send us the specific log file?

What do you exactly mean with crashes, can you send us a log file or the exact error message?

Can you please provide remote session to resolve the issue.

At first we try to solve the issue this way, if we won't be able to solve it we can arrange a remote session.

2)Log generated of same exe on local pc.

Hi,

please provide us a snapshot file of your application under test for both the local machine and the remote machine, as Markus mentioned before.
