Hi,

Thank you for posting the bug.
Please can you update to the latest version of Ranorex. Because we fixed some bugs in Ranorex Studio and this bug sounds similar to one we fixed.

Peter

Thanks Peter,

I will install the latest version and check, but I have another licence installed on a different machine and Ranorex is working fine there with the same version. And it was working perfectly fine before that on my machine as well. I am not sure what really has gone wrong only with the instance on my machine.?

Anyways, will install the latest version and see.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Team,

I installed the 2.3.5 version and am still facing the issue.
I have send a detailed e-mail with screenshots to support@ranorex.com

Appreciate a quick response.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,

Maybe the layout is different or broken. Please try to reset the layout of Ranorex Studio to the defaults.
Therefore please take a look to following screenshot

Hi Team,

Probably, it was some virus which was stopping Ranorex to open. It seems to be working fine after the virus got deleted.
