xpath on .NET , wellform xml ?

follow ranorex product version and MS technology so come back to forum to know

1) see microsoft ll use xlink instead xpath .
which MS library have to be use with ranorex ?
does xpath ll be supported in .NET framework ?
if not it a shame because all ll became blackbox and to high level abstraction with MS ( suport file sgbd ....) !!

2) for already use xpath with python , is there a tool better like tidy that help ranorex user to obtain a wellform xml file to be able to apply xpath ?
try other tool than tidy and final xml code could be more different than the html structure hiearchy ( when table inside table , miss tag )
