How To: Add source, resources and other file types to your project
To add a new or an existing file item to a project, select the context menu item 'Add'. The 'New File' dialog offers 3 different categories of files to add:
- C#
- VB
- Misc
- 'New File' dialog
File templates from categories C# and VB provide different file types containing a skeleton for classes, interfaces or structures.
Resource or simple text based files are part of the 'Misc' folder.
In addition to Ranorex specific files, it is also possible to add documents or other file types to a Ranorex project. Add a user specific file by using the context menu item 'Add' | 'Existing Item...'.
