A Ranorex node-locked license is bound to the machine's host name (can only be used by one user session at a time).
What does perpetual mean?
All Ranorex licenses are perpetual licenses, which means you have the rights to use the software licenses you purchased for as long as you want. The licenses themselves do not expire.
How does your registration process work?
After purchasing a Ranorex license, you will receive an email containing a Ranorex license authentication key for each license you have ordered. After downloading and installing the Ranorex package, you will need to register the license keys.
What type of payment options does Ranorex offer?
Our online shop meets the highest security standards for credit card payments (MasterCard and VISA). We accept PayPal and typical purchase orders for payment by check or bank wire transfers as well.
How to renew maintenance services?
Each Ranorex license includes a 1 year free maintenance service package (Ranorex subscription package). This maintenance service package is renewable annually and includes the following: Access to all minor and major upgrades, as well as all bug fix releases. In addition, maintenance includes elevated support via email and online forum. Please see the renewal page for pricing.
Will the license continue to work in case of a hardware configuration change?
Yes. It does not matter if you're changing the hardware configuration of your system after registration of your Ranorex licenses.
