Create a New Ranorex Project

How to Add or Create a New Project

Begin by selecting the menu item 'File' | 'New' | 'Solution' - the 'New Project' dialog will appears.

The 'New Project' dialog currently offers two language-dependent options:

C#
VB.NET

Note: The current version does not provide full support for Python and Workflow.

Select the type of project you would like to create; i.e. Ranorex Console Application, a Ranorex Windows Application or a Ranorex Library). Name your project and select the directory for storeing all files related to your new project.

You can add an existing or new project to your solution by selecting 'Add' | 'New Project...' or 'Add' | 'Existing Project...' in the context menu.
