Software Quality Engineer (m/f)

Ranorex GmbH is one of the most successful companies in the field of software test automation. Our award-winning test automation tools continue to set new standards for software quality assurance through functional testing of the user interface of desktop, web and mobile applications. We are looking to expand our team in Graz, Austria, with a Software Quality Engineer (m/f)

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assist the team in the quality assurance process, with the goal to successfully complete sprints
  • Further development of the Ranorex test automation software in an agile team
  • Contribute to the development of features from conception to acceptance
  • Maintain and drive internal QA projects to stay state-of-the-art
  • Write, review, execute and maintain automated tests on all levels of the test pyramid
  • Create new tests and optimize existing tests
  • Conduct usability and acceptance tests

In this challenging role, you will work in a fast-paced agile environment and collaborate with development teams and product owners.

Job qualifications:

  • Completed education (TU / FH or HTL) with a technical background
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, ideally in C # or .NET
  • Self-motivated team player with attention to detail and eagerness to critically question and, if necessary, improve the status quo
  • Solution-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience in desktop or web software projects

System Administrator (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, support, purchase, and commissioning of client computers, servers, and network components
  • Windows domain administration
  • Administration of SQL Server databases, Exchange, CRM and in-house services and virtual machines (Hyper-V)
  • Support of internal users
  • Software license management

Inside Sales Manager (m/f)

Ranorex GmbH develops and distributes software for test automation of desktop, web and mobile applications. Ranorex products are used in over 60 countries and over 2,000 companies worldwide to ensure their software quality. For our team in Graz, we are looking for a Inside Sales Manager (m/f).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of offers and conduct of price negotiations
  • Support and qualification of new customers (inbound), primarily via e-mail and telephone
  • Presentation of Ranorex products in cooperation with the technical sales team
  • Distribution of Ranorex software through professional support on the international IT market

Job qualifications:

  • Completed economic and/or technical education
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
  • Affinity to the IT industry and software products is an advantage
  • Communication skills, social competence, and sociability
  • High level of initiative in customer care
  • Professional experience in the field of software development processes is an advantage

  • Technical support for potential new customers – based on e-mails and online meetings

  • Support of the sales team in technical matters

Your job qualifications:

  • Completed technical education with a focus on software development (technical university or tech-nical school with professional experience)
