Dear Sirs,
I find your decision to have a forum for submitting bugs a little unusual.
I as a user I do not want to discuss and comment on your bugs, I would like an easy way to reportthem (beside having them solved ). A much more appropriate way would it be to have a submission form with easy editing option (I dislike the way how to include images – through url of the image I have to upload). An additional benefit of a form is, that a user is “guided” by the fields they have to enter (instead of having ! READ BEFORE POST warning) like:
Ranorex version, OS version, steps to reproduce, actual behavior, expected behavior, since when the error occurs ….
With best regards,
Kristijan

Hello everybody,
Since we have introduced a new support form in December 2017, the contact details mentioned in the post above are not valid anymore.
Bugs can be reported by using our support form instead of writing an email to our support address.
regards,
Stephan
