Ranorex version 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 new plugin crashes with Firefox(4.0,4.1,4.2) and IE 11.0.9600.18059.

Old Plugin works with Firefox 39.0

Support for Firefox 40 was added in Ranorex 5.4.1.
More detailed information can be found in the Release Notes.

I'm afraid I'm not exactly sure what's the current issue?
May I ask to give more detailed information about the crash? It would be great if you could upload a log file or a screenshot, which illustrates the issue.

Firefox failed to close and plugin crash.

The log file will be created at the following location:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\Logs
