2 ways to reproduce this
1. When you open the Rx, you will see the Startpage with recent projects, latest news and other buttons. Rx starts loading latest news from Rx webpage. Now, while its loading the news if you open a project and you move to the Project. Rx message display is stuck at "Waiting for http..." at the bottom as shown in the attached pic.
2. Go to Startpage from View. Click 'Refresh'. Then immediately switch to your project window or close the startpage. Then you will see that message at the bottom and it will never go away until you go back and let the news load completely.
Note: You might need ninja hands and ninja powered mouse pointer to accomplish this.
This is not a functionality issue though just that message is hung without any end
