Hi,
I have a requirement where the Ranorex script needs to be scheduled to run every 15 minutes. For security reasons, the customer will not allow the server running the script to remain unlocked, is there a way to unlock the server from within the Ranorex script, (or any other method), run the script, then re-lock the server until the next runtime?
The server is running WIndows 2008 R2, I have tried the SYSTOOLS Autologin in a batch file with the Ranorex executable, but this failed dismally!
Any help would be appreciated.
Rgds,
Rob Hearn

Re: Can a session be unlocked from within Ranorex
Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no possible way to unlock a server from within a Ranorex script.
You could probably use a workaround to run your scripts on your machine while it is locked using a Remote Desktop connection. Please take a look at Remotely Working with Ranorex in our User Guide.
