Shouldn't. You can always try it.

Ok krstcs I did try and here's what I found...

Simple Folders can have Rooted Folders which can have Simple Folders.
Example:
sfFolder1
rfFolder1
sfFolder11

...just wondering now what the limitations are...like how deep (level wise)

But of course, we shouldn't be organizing our Object Repositories this way, I think.

So, I should have said "Shouldn't be any limitations." :D My fault for not making that clear.

You should be able to go as deep as you want. The only thing to remember is that each rooted folder will add a 30s timeout factor to any child element's effective timeout. Now, that usually won't matter except that if you want to change the timeouts of the folders, you must do it for every folder you make, and each change you make will effect all children (including other folders). I usually only go 3-4 folders deep, if needed, just to keep the number of objects I need to manage down to a minimum.

I would think that there are practical limits to the depth in terms of the amount of memory your system has, but if you have more than 4gb, you should be fine for any reasonable depth.
