hi,
I can't install ranorex. I click on the exe file. A setup window appears with the text: "Installing.NET Framework 3.5 SP1...". There is no progress at the bar. Suddenly an "Microsoft Windows" window appears and it says(translated from german to english): "wait till the components are configured. This can take a few minutes" and doesnt go on. There is no progress, even after 30 minutes, please help me,

Seems like the .NET 3.5 SP1 installer can't download the necessary files, do you have internet connections on that computer or any proxy configured?
You can download the complete .NET Framework setup (Ranorex only includes a bootstrapper) from the following link:
