Can we extend the Ranorex classes and dlls

Hi Team,

I have a query to ask that can I use the Ranorex inbuilt functions(or extend it) and dll's to create the smartfolders, Test cases using C# without using Ranorex UI.
I Just want to create rxtst file with some required data to create the Test suite-> Smart Folder -> Test cases inside it. Is it possible to do that?
