Hi
It might be something simple but I can't seem to find a way to turn on the imaged based recording or validation ?
Asynchronous dispatching of mouse and keyboard is enabled.
Tried switching between node lock and premium license but still couldn't use the image-based recording.
Really appreciate your support. Please find the attached screenshot

This issue has been resolved internally. Caused due to admin rights conflict.
