Do you know if it exists a guideline/standards/good practice for developers of systems under test to be as much as possible compatible with Ranorex?

Unfortunately we do not have a guideline available, but in general it is highly recommended implementing accessibility to allow object identification. Additionally you can improve the testability of your application by using unique identifiers for your GUI objects.
On the following links, you will find some additional information about MSAA
and UiAutomation which hopefully will give you some useful tips and tricks.
