Hi,

Ranorex agent is designed to run the solutions on remote machines, not to edit them!

If you want to share a solution with someone else, you should use the version control system of your choice (SVN, TFS, GIT, etc.). If you are not using any VCS yet, you should immediately adopt one! Then the other person you want to share the solution with, should get the actual state from version control system and simply load and run it on his computer. Of course, he needs access to Ranorex Studio license. If you are not using version control system yet, you can share your solution via Ranorex Studio menu Tools >> Compress solution and open folder. Then simply send the compressed solution to person you wish to share it with. But once again, doing test automation development without version control system is a very BAD idea ;)
