Hello forum
I want to know if is it possible to generate some documentation for each module (for example that lists all the variables used by the module).
Any tools like javadoc ? for .Net environnements?
Best regards

Re: Documentation
Hi,
You can see in the Ranorex report, which variables are used in the specific modules.
Additionally, it is not possible to create a document in Ranorex, which only includes the variables of the specific modules.

Re: Documentation
Hi,
I'm afraid, that there is no out of the box solution for extracting things you want and store them in custom doc. It may be possible to cook up some kind of testsuite parser with Ranorex API, but it may be somewhat challenging task, considering current level of Ranorex API documentation (lack of thereof)
You can start here:
https://www.ranorex.com/Documentation/Ranorex/
And check also these forum posts, which may not directly answer your question, but may show you some useful code snippets, regarding enumerating TestSuite items and obtaining data from TestCases/SmartFolders/Modules:
