Drop down with a div tag

Hi,

Our application is using a div tag drop down list , and each choice in the list is also a div tag. I have tried every code/recording way I knew to select an option which from list which is not visible in the view.

Please kindly someone setup a webex meeting with me so that I can show what exactly my issue is?
