Hi All,
So I have a test suite that I'm building, and I'm using an Excel file for my data source. When I created it, I copied it to the project. But when I make changes to this spreadsheet, it doesn't automatically pick up my changes.
I have to go out to Manage Data Sources and reload the file. Did something change with this recently? I used to get notified that when a change had happened to the spreadsheet that it would ask me if I want to reload the file.
Any suggestions of something I might need to change?
Thanks!

Re: Excel Not loading new changes
Hi mbrees86,
When you copy the data source to the project, any edits to the original will not be reflected in the copied version. Edits must be made in the newly copied version found in your project's root directory. You can also find this file listed in the project view panel (double-click to open).
I hope this answers why this is occurring!
Regards,
Ned

Thanks Ned,
I didn't know that it was showing a hidden file. In an older version I was able to see it. I'll start making sure I edit it there.
Thanks!
