Is there a way that I can force Ranorex executes my test data in the order specified in Range?
For example, I want the test data to be executed in this order that I put in the Range:
1-4,8-11,35,16-20,56,25
Thanks

Hi,
I'm afraid, Ranorex ignores the order in which is the data range specified. I think the only way to achieve what you want is to use multiple SmartFolders, in which you can define a custom data connector range and put them in order you want the test to be conducted.

That is what I see, it is convenient if Ranorex doesn't ignore user's defined data order.
Thanks

Well, the best you can do about this is to create a feature request here:

And then ask other users to support your idea, by clicking "vote" button. I will gladly vote for such idea

Re: Execute data as specified in the Data Connector Range
The DATA RANGE is not an ORDER, it's just a RANGE. It only tells the system WHICH rows to run.
The order of the data is whatever order you put the rows in.
In addition, you should never write tests where the order of the data records may cause failures or cause invalid test runs. Each data set should be independent.
