I have executed the Test suite which takes me 16-17 minutes to execute my test case's. Today I am observing that My Report is generated in the Bin/Debug/Reports folder but it is not opened in the Ranorex Studio after successful execution.
When I open the Report from the folder path I can see one message. "Test in progress".

Hi Ajitpatil3011,
What is different today?
Did you upgrade Ranorex?
Did you change your test in any major way since it was working correctly?
If you try again, does the same issue appear?

I had made some changes to FinishTestReport() in the EmailModule of AutomationHelpers. Which skipped the Report.End() action.
Now it is working fine.
