Failed to install the IOS app to device

Hello

Trying to instrument the '.ipa' file to the iPhone device. During instrumentation it displayed an following error messages:

"System.Exception: Failed to install the iOS app '<path to IPA file>' to device <device's UDID> Additional details: Not available.
at Ranorex.Plugin.Mobile.Tools.Ios.IosToolRunner.InstallApp(String udid, String archivePath)
at Ranorex.Plugin.Mobile.Device.MobileDevice.DeployApplication(String binaryPackagePath, String appId, DeployProcessChangedDelegate processChangedHandler)
at Ranorex.Controls.Instrumentation.Workers.IosWorker.Run()
at Ranorex.Controls.Instrumentation.IosDeployResultPage.StartDeploy()"

Read some of the forum post and found that need to archived file using Xcode.
But we have retrieved the '.ipa' file for the client side. Hence no idea for the archived file using Xcode.
Please let us know what would be the next step to do?

May I ask you to answer the following questions?

Which Ranorex version are you using?
Have you followed all the steps mentioned on our page about iOS Testing?
Does it work when you use the iOSMobileSample?
