Failed to start app

Hello,

We are in the testing phase with Ranorex tool, after performing the configuration of the device and also deploy the application APK clicked start and the following error is displayed as screen attached.

Have changed the connection time but the error message persists.

We would like to know what may be happening.

Thank you for attaching the screenshot.

Unfortunately we are not aware of such an issue.
May I ask you to answer my questions:
  • You mentioned that you have already increased the connect timeout. Which values have you tried?
  • How long does it take when you are starting your application manually?
  • Please ensure that you have set this setting as shown in my screenshot
  • Is it possible for you to send us your application?
This will help us to analyze the problem in detail.

Hello,

We managed to solve the timeout problem, but now another fact is occurring, whenever we come into our application, the Ranorex tool is disconnected from the unit and thus unable to continue the tests.

We'll send you an apk sample for some tests can be performed.

May I ask you what steps you have performed to solve the timeout problem?
