Failed to start app

Hi Team,

I am getting the below error frequently.

Failed to start app ' %Application Name% ' because the app started event was not received within the specified timeout of '00:01:00'.

Could you please help me resolve the same.

Hi Sameena,

May I ask you to answer the following questions?
Which Ranorex version are you using?
Do you use USB or WiFi connection?
Do you test Android or iOS apps?
Do you use the same version for Ranorex and the Service app respectively did you instrument the app with the used Ranorex version?

Which Ranorex version are you using? : Ranorex 5.0.1
Do you use USB or WiFi connection? : USB
Do you test Android or iOS apps? : Android
Do you use the same version for Ranorex and the Service app respectively did you instrument the app with the used Ranorex version? : Yes and I am using Ranorex Service 1.5.0
