After connecting the device using usb clicking on add endpoint the error is displayed as “Failed update ranorex service”

Have you already tried to install it through the Instrumentation Wizard itself?
I had the same problem, every time I added the endpoint. However, manually updating the Ranorex Service app resolved the problem on my side.

Thank you so much for you help. Currently we are facing another issue as explained below. Please suggest if you have any idea on the same.
From View menu-> on selecting View Spy, Under mobile device section , the AppConnectionEstablish Status is False. Can anyone please suggest how to make the status to True so that the Ranorex will identify the application. Attached the screenshot for reference.
