I updated all 14 of my Windows 10 VM's to the latest Windows 10 Insider Preview. After I did this, IE wouldn't launch without the error I've attached below.
I tried to fix it by re-running the Ranorex Setup, and choosing repair. This required a reboot. Afterwards, the error still occurred. So I uninstalled and re-installed Ranorex. The problem went away.
Is there another (faster) way to fix this without having to uninstall and re-install?
Note: Installed windows 10 Insider Preview version 1607, OS build 14372.0
Note 2: If I upgrade to Ranorex 6.0.1 it also solves the issue. But I didn't want to upgrade to 6 stream.

The thing about Windows upgrades is that it actually "messes" up the registry (Depending on the upgrade eg Win 7 -> Win 10 or in your case maybe a lot modified Win version). I'm not totally sure about your exact case cause I have no correlation to it but Ranorex reinstall was required also after upgrading to Win 10.
I'm not sure how much changes the Windows 10 Insider preview makes but the description seems to suggest my theory.
