Hi...I am getting Flash/Flex error when i try identifying flex objects in Firefox13 using Ranorex3.3.
we reinstalled Visual C++ 10 and Ranorex 3.3 and again tried to identify the flex objects in Firefox13.Even then it is not showing any progress and giving the same error(Run Wizard popup in the right top corner)
Everything is taken as screenshots and palced below.
We have tried the instructions in the following link, but again we got the same issue.

Hi,
The message stated that you are not allowed to download the debug flash player, so did you download/install it manually?
If not the following blog provides a link where you can download it manually: Flash/Flex Automation with the New Ranorex Preloader.
Did you install Ranorex with the setup.exe file, because the setup.exe file will automatically install the needed packages?
