Floating Licence update no acess firefox

Today I have som general question:

We use a floating, runtime licence an on one PC. After each update of Ranorex the Plugin for firefox has no access to the DOM, so we install the node locking licence, start spy and the installation of plugin is started, after we reinstall the floating licence Ranorex is working fine with Firefox. Does anyone knows a otrher way to solve this problem? I installed the plugin with firefox and file, but this solved not the problem. I updated the plugin => no success.

Hi!

I assume you installed Ranorex Studio before installing the premium license. Well, when installing Ranorex, the all browsers are restarted.
Maybe this solved the issue. The licensing mechanism doesn't impact the browser plug-in at all.
