Generate Repostory File ( *.rxrep) and TestCase(*.rxtst)

Post by rkiashi » Fri Dec 09, 2016 6:20 am

Hi, all.

I trying to develop JavaEE web-application, and I want to ease UI-Test with Ranorex.
Can I generate Repostory File ( *.rxrep) and TestCase(*.rxtst) from JSF( *.xhtml) by Scripting-Tool?
( Not use Ranorex Spy, Reocorder.)

Hi,

No, I don't think it's possible. I mean, it's definitely not possible without writing your custom repository writer, which will match the Ranorex Studio one. Is there a reason why you can't use Ranorex Studio/Spy to generate all required files?
