Get tooltip

I'm trying to figure out how to read the tooltip. I found this old posting:

I'm trying to write something like suggested but it's not working for me. Can you update this (preferably with VB code) example if things have changed, and if it is still valid what is forms and Application.forms, since I cannot find these with intellisense. What do I need to import?

I figured out how to do it using Ranorex Forms and looking for a collection of Ranorex forms off the Host, so never mind
