Getting Started
I downloaded the program and the user guide, However Everything I see looks nothing like whats in my book? the views are attached is there a setting im missing?

Hello,
Ranorex Spy has found all running applications e.g. an icon on your desktop called 'Repo Prank - YouTube'.
This tool is used to identify elements from applications under test and adding them to the repository.
The repository is used to store objects found by Spy. At the beginning, the repository is empty.
It looks like that you have created a folder in your repository without other elements.
I recommend you to start with Getting Started from the User Guide. It explains the usage of tools like Recorder or Spy for testing your application. Please take a look at our Screencasts.
