Global parameters losing binding

Post by clight76712 » Thu Jun 16, 2011 9:28 pm

We are having an issue with the global parameters losing binding. So far there does not seem to be any rhyme or reason as to why they lose binding. We submit our projects to subversion and when we pull the project from subversion some will lose the global parameters binding. Also, it has been an issue if we recompile projects and they lose binding. The global parameters are used to accept arguements from the command line prompt.

Which version of Ranorex do you use?
Did you check the rxtst file? This file is a XML format and can be opened for example with Notepad++. In this file the data-bindings are stored. Please check if the bindings are inside this file. We work too with commandline parameters and global parameters in our daily test, and we had no problem till yet. Would it be possible to send us your project to [email protected], then we can check the solution if there is something weird inside.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Peter
