How to attach a screen shot to ranorex forum

I have a JPEG file, i need to upload to Ranorex forum, to show my problem in posting the queries. When click on "Img" icon it gives the [img].
Let me know the procedure

The current version of our forum only supports including images from external locations.

You can upload your image to ImageShack and embed it into your posts as follows:

[img]http://.../your-image.jpg[/img]

In the near feature our forum will also support uploading images and also files directly in your posts.
