How to interact with Chrome browser elements

Post by Oksana » Wed Jul 10, 2013 12:54 pm

Hello!

With Ranorex Spy I can not browse/find any element situated on the Chrome browser settings page. I can inspect these elements with Chrome and see their html code, but they are invisible in Ranorex Spy.

What I want to do is to clear browser cache. But it is impossible as long as I cannot interact with Chrome browser elements on the Settings page.

Can you help me with it or provide some reference information?

Sincerely,
Oksana

I'm afraid, it's not possible to record/identify the elements on Chrome settings page. See this post... http://www.ranorex.com/forum/chrome-can ... tml#p16195

That's correct, it's impossible to identify objects but workaround exists, Oksana.
