I can not see the report

After working my case study shows that's such a report. How to make so that the output normal?

Hello,

Could you give me more information about the issue please? Which version of Ranorex are you using?
Are you using a customized report?
Did you stop the test using the "STOP" button in Ranorex Studio?

Using version 4.1
I'm not using customized report
NO. I'm not using button "STOP"
If alternating File Open, try to open the compressed report it will open in the normal way

I also can not open the report. Tried in a compressed form, without success :(

Thank you for the information.
Can you please check if all necessary files are available in the Report folder in order to view the report?
  • RanorexReport4.css
  • RanorexReport4.png
  • RanorexReport4.xsl
  • *.rxlog
  • *.rxlog.data
Is it possible to open the Report using the standalone Ranorex Report Viewer (open the report folder and double click the *.rxlog file)?

Could you please send the report files to [email protected]? I would like to analyze the issue in more details.

If the report is opened (compressed Report) using the program RanorexReport, then opens a stripped-down report (titles only)- Screenshot1
If the report is opened using the program RanorexStudio - File- Open-File (choose Compressed Report), then opens full Open - Screenshot2
If you run a test from Ranorex Studio, it opens up a full report. (Screenshot2)
If you run a test with a Ranorex Test Suite, then at the end opens a blank report (Screenshot3)
If you transfer a design to a remote computer, and run a test from Ranorex Studio, it opens a blank report (Screenshot3).

Hi,

It seems to be a security issue.

Can you please answer the questions below?
Do you have administrative privileges?
Why do you open the rxlog file from the "..\AppData\Local\Temp\.." directory?
Is the "Y" drive a network drive?
Can you see the full report when you open the one from the output directory of your solution?
Did you change the Report File Directory?
Can the report be displayed correctly when you start the ReportViewer.exe from the bin directory of Ranorex as administrator?
